今晚 終於達標!!

自從上次意氣用事完,每次跑步冇耐右膝就會痛

最後,嘗試改變跑法、做cross trainer、帶護膝、循序漸進咁上
每次跑步其實唔驚冇氣冇力,最驚係膝頭會痛...

跑步時覺得膝頭痛既情況好轉就好cute好開心

今日,雖然之前停左一個禮拜;雖然護膝移位;雖然尾三圈開始甩鞋帶...

但終於做出10K啦!!
